Event Itinerary
A standard seminar event is full board, with two seminars and set hands, 4 duplicate sessions as well as a bidding quiz to reinforce your learning. All sessions are optional and partners will be found. Other event types may differ in format.

Day One
15.00 – 17.30Welcome Desk Open. You are able to check into your rooms from 3pm onwards. Tea or coffee, with biscuits, will be available.
17.45 – 18.30Welcome Reception. Complimentary glass of house wine or fruit juice. To be held in the bar on the ground floor.
18.30 – 20.00Dinner
20.00 –Bridge Session
Day Two
07.30 – 09.30Breakfast
10.00 – 12.30Seminar & supervised play of set hands. Tea & coffee at 11am.
12.30 – 13.30Lunch

Day Three
07.30 – 09.30Breakfast. Note: the hotel asks guests to check out before 10.30am. It is therefore advised that you check out after breakfast.

14.00 – 16.00Bridge Session. With tea and coffee available after. All depart. Have a safe journey.

Accessibility
As this is a listed building, the hotel does not have a lift and has several floors. There are a few steps from reception to the ground floor toilets. Bridge will take place in the Olympic Suite and this also has a few steps for access. Both breakfast and lunch will be served buffet style and the evening meal will be a seated set menu. If you have limited or restricted mobility, please contact the office to check we have appropriate rooms to meet your needs.
Please note that walk-in showers are only available on the top floor of the hotel. There are 2 walk-in shower rooms located on the ground floor and these are first come, first served.
Please see breakdown of expected stairs throughout the hotel:
1st Floor: 14 steps, small landing, then 7 steps.
2nd Floor: 14 steps, small landing, then 7 steps along the landing up 12 steps, small landing then 7 steps.
Rooms 1 to 6: You can cut across the small gravel courtyard (approx. 2 metres) and there is a single set of stairs.
Rooms 7 to 11: across out the door near the restaurant, across the path (2 steps stone outside).
Parking
There are 30 dedicated car parking spaces directly behind the hotel and are on a first come serve basis. Additionally, there is a public car park directly opposite the entrance to the hotel car park and, at the time of writing, is free of charge. If you use this car park, please ensure that you check the signage before you leave.
