This is a full board, Just Duplicate event and includes 10 bridge sessions.

Day One
15.00 – 17.30Welcome Desk Open. You are able to check into your rooms from 3pm onwards. Tea or coffee, with biscuits, will be available.
17.45 – 18.30Welcome Reception. Complimentary glass of house wine or fruit juice. To be held in the bar on the ground floor.
18.30 – 20.00Dinner
20.00 –Bridge Session
Day Two
07.30 – 09.30Breakfast – Please note that Day Guests are not entitled to breakfast on either day.
10.00 – 12.30Seminar & supervised play of set hands. Tea & coffee at 11am.
12.30 – 13.30Lunch
14.00 – 16.40Bridge Session (with a short tea break).
18.15 – 20.00Dinner
20.00 –Bridge Session
Day Three
07.30 – 09.30Breakfast. Note: the hotel asks guests to check out before 10.30am. It is therefore advised that you check out after breakfast.
10.00 – 12.30Seminar & supervised play of set hands. Tea & coffee at 11am.
12.30 – 14.00Lunch
14.00 – 16.40Bridge Session. All depart. Have a safe journey.

Please note, executive bedrooms are not in the main building. They are in the courtyard building which is a short walk outside from the hotel reception.
If you book a standard bedroom and request a walk-in shower, it is very unlikely you will be allocated one as they all have a bath with a shower over it.
You should opt to pay for one of the upgrade options if a walk-in shower is essential.
The hotel has two accessible bedrooms.
